Getting the cooking course ready

At Menjador Ca la Rosa we're working on the next cooking course.

There will be vegan, raw vegan, vegetarian and traditional recipes.

The workshop will be led by Alejandra Schwartz, the driving force behind the Donyets kitchen, an educational project based in Valencia.
