What the children actually do
They cook properly: peeling, chopping, stirring and eating what they made. They go to the market and come back with whatever they found, not with a fixed list. They tend the vegetable patch. They go out around the neighbourhood.
This is not a themed camp with a decorative excuse. Food is the thread because food touches everything: the maths of a recipe, the geography of an ingredient, the chemistry of a fermentation.
Seasons
- Summer camp, booked by the week, through July
- Easter camp
- Christmas camp
- Weekend family activities during the school year
How enrolment works
We open enrolment a few weeks before each season and announce it by email and on Instagram. Places are limited because the groups are deliberately small. A place is confirmed on payment.
Write to us and we'll let you know when the next round opens.
Questions about the camps
Can we book individual weeks?
Yes. The summer camp runs by the week and you choose the ones that suit you.
Is lunch included?
Yes, and we cook it here on the day: sustainable, seasonal and mostly vegetarian.
When does enrolment open?
A few weeks before each season. Write to us and we'll tell you directly.
What ages do you take?
School-age children, grouped by age so the cooking activities are safe and make sense for each group.
Is there early drop-off?
Yes, we offer morning drop-off. Just mention it when you enrol.
